What is Dermapen 4 Micro needling?
Micro needling is an effective, non-surgical treatment that boosts collagen production, improves texture, reduces fine lines and scarring by stimulating collagen production. Combining needling and electroporation to effectively deliver a tailored serum much deeper into the dermis than needling alone. The microneedles penetrate skin, triggering our body’s own wound healing response resulting in collagen production which is stronger, and firmer than before.
This is our step by step Microneedling treatment…
Over all You can Expect:
- Improved skin texture
- Restored elasticity
- Softer lines
- Increased skin tightness

For best results, we recommend a course of treatments combined with other conditioning treatments to help maintain your skin health over the long-term.
How does it work?
The treatment uses micro needles at varying lengths to penetrate skin, triggering our body’s own wound healing response. When our skin is damaged, it produces collagen tissue, which is stronger, and firmer than before. Over a course of treatments collagen fibers are strengthened and the skin becomes stronger, smoother, and firmer, with improved texture. Vitamins and amino acids are the building blocks for collagen production; during the treatment a combination of Hyaluronic acid, multi-vitamins and amino acids are infused to boost collagen production for firmer, healthier looking skin.
Does it hurt?
The procedure might sound intimidating if you've never tried it before, but in reality, you should not experience any physical pain during the treatment. We apply a topical anesthetic on request beforehand to ensure it's as comfortable as possible.
How much downtime will I need after the treatment?
The recovery period is relatively short. It's normal to see some redness after the treatment, but this will go away on its own within a few hours.
How many Micro needling treatments do I need?
This will depend on the condition of your skin and what you are wanting to achieve with the treatment. A Micro needling treatment every 3-6 months is typically enough to maintain the results, but those wanting to target a specific skin concern may need more frequent sessions.
